Graduation
(Dress-Ann Taylor Loft, Shoes-Franco Sarto, Watch-Michael Kors via Nordstrom, Bracelets-, Jewelmint and Gift)
I am officially a college graduate! I graduate last Saturday and this is what I wore. I had two dresses picked out but decided on this one because it is so classic. I paired it with nude heeled sandals, I wanted a chunky comfortable shoe because I was so afraid I would fall off the stage as I got my diploma. I am happy to say I safely made it across the stage.
As for full outfit photos you can see they didn't turn out great. It was so sunny and I already have a problem where my eyes are closed in half my photos. So I apologize for the random cropped photos. As for that last photo, my roommate told me to look like I was really excited to be graduating...and I pulled out the double thumbs up. Yeah, I'm a total dork.

Outfit of the Day: The Animal Print Belt
(Top-Forever 21, Belt-Nine West via T.J.Maxx, Jeans-Lucky Brand via Mashalls, flats-Tory Burch via Nordstrom, Watch-Michael Kors via Nordstrom, Necklace and bracelets-gifts)
I'm obsessed with animal print, always have been, probably always will be. I love incorporating animal print into outfits through accessories and when I spotted this belt for $16.99 at T.J.Maxx I scooped it up immediately. I love how comfy this outfit it but it still has kind of a glam feel with the pleated silky shirt and flats. Perfect for a day of shopping and lunch with girlfriends...or in my case, studying for finals.

Outfit of the Day: The 90s Denim Shirt
(Jeans-Paige, Denim Shirt-Forever 21, Sweater-Caslon via Nordstrom, Shoes-Ralph Lauren via Macy's, Watch-Michael Kors via Nordstrom)
I swear I had a denim shirt just like this one when I was 8, you can't really see it because I have a sweater on, but just picture a denim tank top via 1998. When I saw it on Forever 21's website I had to have it. I had some good memories in the one I had when I was 8. Plus I kind of on a denim shirt kick incase you couldn't already tell. Happy Monday!

Outfit of the Day: The Sailboat Button-Up
(Shirt-Forever 21, Sweater-J.Crew, Pants-J.Crew, Shoes-Tory Burch via Nordstrom, Watch-Michael Kors via Nordstrom)
I ordered this shirt from Forever 21 with polka dots on it, but when I opened the package this morning I found this shirt with sail boats on it instead. You would think I would be a little upset that I was sent the wrong shirt but quite the contrary. I have a slight obsession with boats, sail boats to be exact so I will definitely be keeping this shirt! (Clearly since I am wearing it today.) I also may have ordered two other denim shirts along with this one...what can I say? I love denim shirts!

Outfit of the Day: The Hair Cut
(Top-From Primp, not sure of the brand, Jeans-Paige, Belt-Gap (old), Shoes-Tory Burch via Nordstrom, Watch-Michael Kors via Nordstrom, Bracelet-gift, Earrings-Anthropology, Jacket-Fringe again not sure one the brand)
I finally did it, cut 13 inches off my hair and donated it to Locks of Love. I just had a mini heart attack thinking about it again. I loved my long hair but it was time for a change.
Now onto the outfit. It was warm here today but super windy, hence that jacket. I was hoping to go in just a tank top but that was clearly not at option. These are probably my new favorite capri's ever, they are Paige, which my roommate raves about constantly, and I got them at an amazing price at Nordstrom rack. Basically my roommate was right and I have worn them for 5 days straight.

Outfit of the Day: A Little Bit Rock and Roll
(Jeans-Joe Jeans, T-shirt-Target, blazer-Martin and Osa, Shoes-banana republic, belt-Zumiez(really old), earrings-Anthropologie, watch-Michael Kors via Nordstrom, bracelets-Banana Republic)
I like to think of this as my rock and roll band producer outfit. It has a little edge to it with the studded belt and burn out concert style tee, but the blazer adds a little refinement. I love the look of flare jeans with a blazer, I think the blazer does a great job of balancing out the flares.
