Outfit of the Day: The Neon Pants

(Sweater-Anthropology, Jeans-J.Crew, Shoes-Tory Burch via Nordstrom, Necklaces-Gap and Banana Republic, Watch-Michael Kors via Nordstrom)

I told my mom I didn't want any candy for Easter, so she bought me these neon coral pants instead.  I wasn't so sure about the neon factor at first but I'm really starting to fall in love with them. Not to mention they are super light weight and stretchy. New summer essential? I think so!

Outfit of the Day: A Little Bit Rock and Roll

 (Jeans-Joe Jeans, T-shirt-Target, blazer-Martin and Osa, Shoes-banana republic, belt-Zumiez(really old), earrings-Anthropologie, watch-Michael Kors via Nordstrom, bracelets-Banana Republic)

I like to think of this as my rock and roll band producer outfit.  It has a little edge to it with the studded belt and burn out concert style tee, but the blazer adds a little refinement.   I love the look of flare jeans with a blazer, I think the blazer does a great job of balancing out the flares.

Outfit of the Day: The Information Session

(Blouse- Anthropology, Pants-Gap, Shoes-Corso Como via Nordstrom, Belt-Banana Republic Outlet)

I was supposed to go to an information session last night for Macy's...and this is what I would have worn except I had so much homework I wasn't able to go.  But I'm saving this for another occasion coming up next week.  As you can probably tell the sleeves on this blouse are way too long, but I loved it so much AND it was on sale I just couldn't pass it up.

Outfit of the Day: Chartreuse and Leopard

(Jeans-Banana Republic, Sweater-Banana Republic Outlet, Shoes-Ralph Lauren via Macy's, Watch Michael Kors via Nordstrom, Bracelets-Banana Republic)

Yes, I do realize that almost everything in this outfit is Banana Republic, it happens...a lot.  My aunt gave me this sweater for my birthday and I am in love with it.  You don't see this but I wear it at least once a week. Just going to class, the library and meetings today.

Outfit of the Day: Weather Confusion

(Jeans-Lucky via Marshalls, T-shirt-Banana Republic, Vest-Ann Taylor Loft, Shoes-Tory Burch via Nordstrom, Necklace-JCrew)

For some reason I was convinced today was going to be a beautiful day...well I was wrong, it's cold and gloomy and on the verge of rain. Probably not the appropriate weather for nude ballet flats.  Note to self...check the weather before leaving the apartment in the morning.

Outfit of the Day: Stylin in the Library

(Blazer-Hackley via Nordstrom Rack, Blouse-Banana Republic, Jeans-Banana Republic, Boots-Matisse via DSW)

Just spent the day in class and am heading to the library to do some homework and job hunting.  The weather has been beautiful, sunny and in the 40s, which is unheard of for midwest winters.  I might just have to take the long way to the library, good thing I'm wearing my new favorite boots.

Outfit of the Day: Lady Like in Lace

(Jeans-Banana Republic Outlet, Shoes-Banana Republic, top-Urban  Outfitters, Blazer-Martin and Osa)

I am so completely in love with this shirt. I got it on sale at Urban Outfitters right before Christmas thinking it would be adorable in the spring with some skinny boyfriend jeans and in the summer with jean shorts. Well I couldn't wait that long to wear it! I wore it for Christmas day and have been wearing it non-stop ever since.
